These are the terms and conditions on which we supply our products to you. By placing an order with HERRISE, you agree to the following terms. We may update these terms at any time by updating this page.

2. Placing an Order
2.1 Orders can be placed through our website. Please make sure to double-check your cart, item sizes, and address before completing your order.
2.2 Once your order is confirmed, we’ll send you an email. A contract is formed once we send your dispatch confirmation.
2.3 You must be 18 or older to place an order, or have parental permission.
3. Our Right to Cancel Orders
3.1 We may cancel your order if an item is out of stock, there’s a payment issue, or incorrect product info was shown.
3.2 We reserve the right to cancel any order that shows signs of fraudulent or bulk purchasing for resale.
4. Product Information
4.1 HERRISE offers fitness apparel and digital lifestyle products. We aim for accurate visuals, but colors may vary depending on your screen/device.
4.2 Limited edition items may not be restocked.
5. Delivery
5.1 Shipping details and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays due to weather, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control.
5.3 Risk transfers to you once the order is handed off to the carrier.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
6.2 Final sale items and digital products (such as eBooks) are not eligible for return.
6.3 You are responsible for return shipping unless we shipped the wrong or defective item.
6.4 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive the return.
7. Digital Products
7.1 Our juicing eBook and other digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded or delivered.

8. Payments
8.1 We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and other methods displayed at checkout.
8.2 All prices are shown in USD. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout.
9. Discount Codes
9.1 Promo codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be combined with other offers unless stated.
9.2 Codes are only valid for the time stated and may exclude final sale items or bundles.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, product names, content, photography, and graphics on this site are the property of HERRISE. These cannot be copied, reproduced, or reused without written permission.
11. User-Generated Content
By tagging @herrisewear or using hashtags like #HERRISEMODE, you grant HERRISE permission to repost, share, and feature your content on our website, social platforms, and marketing materials.
12. Brand Ambassador / Affiliate Program
If you join the HERRISE Brand Ambassador program, you agree to represent the brand respectfully. Misuse of affiliate links, fake engagement, or inappropriate content may lead to removal from the program.
13. Wholesale & Resale Policy
